Packaging and artwork for your order.
We offer HDPE spray, mist, jug, and pail formats. Discuss your artwork, label proof and packaging requirements with us before production. For the assembly decision, see our guide to choosing HOCl bottles and sprayers.
You supply the artwork. We handle filling, capping and packing. A COA showing pH and ppm for your batch is available by request for your order. A general product SDS is also available.
Launch with an existing formulation.
White label uses an existing HOCl formulation and packaging format. Your label, and optionally your carton artwork, are added without developing a new formula.

White-label order timing and requirements.
A first order using an existing formula typically ships 4–6 weeks from receipt of deposit. We also need your signed PO. The minimum is 1,000 units per SKU, including repeat orders. Confirm artwork and packaging readiness when planning your order. Rush orders are not offered. When comparing proposals, see how to compare manufacturing quotes on the same scope.
Signed PO and first-order payment
For a first order, 50% is paid upfront. The remaining 50% is due net 30 from the ready-to-ship date.
Standard samples and custom runs
Standard unmarked product samples are free, including shipping, and can be requested before a PO. They typically consist of two 8 oz bottles. Custom sample runs, including runs in customer bottles, are paid.
Production and documentation
Your first order typically ships 4–6 weeks from receipt of deposit; a signed PO is also required. A COA showing pH and ppm for your batch is available by request for your order. A general product SDS is also available.
Freight arrangements
You arrange production freight. We can help organize LTL freight or box shipments. Confirm freight arrangements and charges when planning your order. Shipment timing does not include transit.
