HOW IT WORKS
How HOCl manufacturing works, from inquiry to delivery.
Bulk, white label, private label, and contract manufacturing follow the process below. Your program determines the development, testing, and production work required.
The six steps in an order.
Each step has an agreed outcome and a person responsible for it. Start with how to prepare an HOCl manufacturing quote brief.
You submit a brief
Share the quantity, packaging, intended use, timing, and any technical or regulatory requirements you know. We can help clarify the rest.
We review your inquiry
We typically respond to quote inquiries within 48 hours. We review the product, quantity, packaging and other requirements, then clarify any details needed to prepare a written quote.
You send a signed PO and deposit
We need both your signed purchase order and deposit. First orders require 50% upfront. The remaining 50% is due net 30 from the ready-to-ship date.
Production and order timing
After we receive your signed PO and deposit, typical first-order time to shipment is about 3 weeks for bulk, 4–6 weeks for white label, 6–10 weeks for custom private label, and 6–8 weeks for contract manufacturing. Customer-supplied components and unresolved requirements can affect timing. Rush orders are not offered.
Batch documentation
A COA showing pH and ppm for your batch is available by request. A general product SDS is also available. We retain bottles for long-term stability testing; customers do not wait 90 days for that testing before shipment.
Shipping and delivery
You arrange freight. We can help organize LTL freight or shipping boxes. Discuss the shipping arrangements for your order; transit time is separate from the time needed to prepare it for shipment.
COA: batch pH and ppm
DOCUMENTATION BY REQUEST
Request a COA for your batch.
A COA showing pH and ppm for your customer-specific batch is available by request for your order. Ask for it when discussing your documentation needs.
A general product SDS is also available. We do not create a separate SDS for every order.
Production quality checks.
We monitor concentration, pH, and ORP during production and at release.
PPM
50 – 500 working range
Target concentrations held to ±10% at release. Above ~500 ppm HOCl transitions toward chlorine-dominant chemistry; below ~50 efficacy drops.
pH
4.5 – 6 at fill
Below ~4.5 it volatilizes fast; above ~6 it shifts to OCl⁻ and loses antimicrobial kick. Our electrolysis + buffer window holds it in band.
ORP
> 650 mV
Oxidation-reduction potential is the real-time efficacy proxy. We pull ORP continuously in-line and again at release.
