These are typical first-order times to shipment after we receive your signed PO and deposit. Transit time is separate. Customer-supplied components and other unresolved requirements can affect timing. Rush orders are not offered.

About the manufacturer
Information about our facility, team, and documentation.
Are you a manufacturer or a broker?
We own and operate the manufacturing facility. Work directly with HOCl Connect for bulk supply, white label, custom private label and contract manufacturing.
Where is the facility?
Our manufacturing facility is in the United States.
Do you have facility photos?
Facility photos are available on request under an NDA for qualifying programs.
Who owns and runs the business?
The business is Regent Packaging, LLC, dba HOCL Connect. We own and operate the manufacturing facility.
What certifications and registrations do you hold?
Production SOPs against an internal QMS, and batch-specific pH and ppm COAs available by request. Additional certifications (ISO, USDA, specific state registrations) depend on program and are scoped during the brief.
Ordering and delivery
Minimum orders, pricing, payment, lead times, and freight.
What is the minimum order?
Bulk minimums are typically 100 gallons when ordering in gallons, two barrels when ordering in barrels, or one 275-gallon tote. White label starts at 1,000 units per SKU; custom private label at 3,000 units per SKU; contract manufacturing at 10,000 units. Minimums stay the same for repeat orders. Bulk minimums do not vary by concentration.
What are the typical lead times?
After we receive your signed PO and deposit, typical first-order time to shipment is about 3 weeks for bulk, 4–6 weeks for white label, 6–10 weeks for custom private label, and 6–8 weeks for contract manufacturing. Customer-supplied components and other unresolved requirements can affect timing. Transit time is separate. Rush orders are not offered.
How do I request pricing?
Request a quote for your product, quantity, packaging and requirements. We typically respond to quote inquiries within 48 hours. This is a typical initial response time, not a guarantee of a completed quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
For first orders, 50% is due upfront and the remaining 50% is due net 30 from the ready-to-ship date. Both a signed PO and the deposit are required.
How does freight work?
You arrange freight. We can also help organize LTL freight or shipping boxes. Discuss the shipping arrangements for your order with us. Production lead times do not include transit.
Product specifications and testing
Ask for a batch-specific COA showing pH and ppm for your order, or a general product SDS.
What's the working ppm range?
50 – 500 ppm across our programs. Typical retail skincare sits 60–150; foodservice sanitation 200–400; wound care 100–200; EPA disinfectant we offer at 400–500. We hold to ±10% of label ppm at release.
What's the pH window?
4.5 – 6 at fill, held by our electrolysis process and a buffer when the formulation calls for it. Below 4.5 it volatilizes; above 6 it shifts to hypochlorite and loses kick.
What's the shelf-life?
Typical RTU: 18 months stable at label ppm when stored below 80°F, out of direct sunlight, in unopened container. Concentrates: 18 months.
What does the COA report?
A COA showing pH and ppm for your customer-specific batch is available by request on an order basis. Discuss any additional testing or documentation requirements with us before placing an order.
How do I request a COA or SDS?
Ask us for the COA for your order. COAs show pH and ppm for the customer-specific batch and are provided by request. A general product SDS is also available; we do not create a separate SDS for each order.
Choosing a manufacturing program
The programs differ in who supplies the formulation and how much development the product needs.
How do I pick between the four programs?
Bulk supplies finished liquid. White label uses an existing formulation under your label. Private label involves a custom formulation under your brand. Contract manufacturing starts with your formulation or specification. Compare the minimums, timing and responsibilities for the program that fits your project.
Do you run samples before I commit?
Yes. Standard unmarked product samples can be sent before a PO. They are free, including shipping, and typically consist of two 8 oz bottles. Production sample runs, including runs using customer bottles, are paid and quoted separately.
Can I start with white-label and grow into private-label?
Yes. We retain your product list and packaging requirements to help plan the move to a custom formulation.
Do you offer private-label for skincare specifically?
Yes. We develop private-label skincare formulations when an existing formulation does not meet the product requirements.
Can you fill someone else's HOCl?
Yes, under a contract manufacturing agreement, provided the formulation fits our production capabilities. We do not repackage third-party bulk for resale.
Product claims and documentation
We produce the product; you own the claims on the bottle. We’ll tell you which claims trigger which regulatory path.
Are your products EPA-registered?
Specific SKUs are registered when the buyer’s claims require it. Our facility is registered; SKU-level EPA registration is driven by the claim, not the molecule.
How do FDA requirements apply to HOCl products?
Depends on the claim. Cosmetic positioning is the lightest regulatory path; device or drug claims trigger FDA requirements. We flag this during the brief.
Can I make antimicrobial claims on my label?
Antimicrobial claims require the appropriate registration. We can discuss the requirements for your intended claims, but we do not file registrations on your behalf.
What documentation can I request for my order?
A COA showing pH and ppm for your customer-specific batch is available by request. A general product SDS is also available. Discuss any additional document requirements with us before placing an order.
