FORMULATION TESTING
Formulation development and retained samples.
Our development and production teams work together on your formulation. We retain bottles for long-term stability testing. You do not have to wait 90 days for that testing before your order ships.
A COA showing pH and ppm for your batch is available by request for your order. A general product SDS is also available.
When you need a custom HOCl formulation.

Planning your first private-label order.
A first custom-formula order typically ships 6–10 weeks from receipt of deposit. We also need your signed PO. The minimum is 3,000 units per SKU, including repeat orders. Formulation brief
Share the target concentration, pH tolerance, carrier, intended claims, and packaging. We review whether the project fits our production capabilities before quoting.
Samples and custom runs
Standard unmarked product samples are free, including shipping, and can be requested before a PO. They typically consist of two 8 oz bottles. Custom sample runs, including runs in customer bottles, are paid.
Signed PO and first-order payment
For a first order, 50% is paid upfront. The remaining 50% is due net 30 from the ready-to-ship date.
Production and freight
Your first custom-formula order typically ships 6–10 weeks from receipt of deposit; a signed PO is also required. You arrange production freight. We can help organize LTL freight or box shipments. Confirm freight arrangements and charges when planning your order. Transit is separate.
