We produce, fill, and release each pack size at the same US facility. A production lead oversees the lot from electrolysis through shipping documentation.
You arrange production freight. We can help organize LTL freight or box shipments. Confirm freight arrangements and charges when planning your order.
Ready-to-use HOCl and concentrate.
Choose liquid mixed to working strength or concentrate for on-site dilution. A COA showing pH and ppm for your batch is available by request for your order. A general product SDS is also available.
TYPE A
Ready-to-use (RTU)
Pre-mixed to working strength. Open the container and it's ready. Tolerance: ±10% of label ppm at release, tested per lot.
TYPE B
Concentrate
Higher-concentration HOCl for on-site dilution. It can reduce freight per working gallon when your operation has the equipment and procedures to control dilution.

What is the minimum bulk order?
Typical minimums are 100 gallons when ordering in gallons, two barrels when ordering in barrels, or one 275-gallon tote. Minimums do not vary by concentration and stay the same for repeat orders. Confirm the container size and receiving arrangements for your order.
How long before a first bulk order ships?
A first bulk order typically ships in about three weeks after we receive the signed PO and deposit. This estimate does not include transit. Confirm repeat-order timing when placing a reorder. Rush orders are not offered.
How do I request a quote?
Share the quantity, container format and timing you have in mind. We typically reply to quote inquiries within 48 hours. That is a typical response time, not a guaranteed completed quote. What are the first-order payment terms?
For a first order, 50% is paid upfront. The remaining 50% is due net 30 from the ready-to-ship date.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Standard unmarked product samples are free, including shipping, and can be requested before a PO. They typically consist of two 8 oz bottles. Custom sample runs, including runs in customer bottles, are paid.
Who arranges freight?
You arrange production freight. We can help organize LTL freight or box shipments. Confirm freight arrangements and charges when planning your order. Production freight is separate from the shipping included with free standard samples.
Should I choose ready-to-use liquid or concentrate?
Ready-to-use liquid is supplied at its labelled working strength. Concentrate is 3–10 times stronger and requires on-site dilution. Concentrate can reduce freight per working gallon but adds a dosing step.
What documents can I request?
A COA showing pH and ppm for your batch is available by request for your order. A general product SDS is also available.
