HOCl Connect operates a HOCl manufacturing facility. We review information you submit to scope, quote, and manage production of bulk HOCl and private label products supplied directly by our team.

Content on the Site and any guidance we provide is for general informational and sourcing purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own independent advice regarding product claims, labeling, compliance, and regulatory matters.

No Professional Advice

If we refer you to any third-party providers (such as logistics or packaging vendors), they are independent third parties. We do not control, direct, or supervise their operations, products, pricing, or compliance. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and making your own decisions about whether to engage with any partner.

We may receive compensation from partners in connection with successful referrals. This does not affect our expectation that you independently evaluate all partners.

Third-Party Partners

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOCl Connect and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, our services, or dealings with any third-party provider.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission, except as reasonably necessary to evaluate potential partners.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin for the resolution of any such disputes.
